What a private office costs in Sydney
Two different markets, priced very differently. A day office — a real room, taken for one day — starts at $99 per person per day with Hub Australia and $159 per person per day with Regus, which also lists hourly offices at $28 per person. A serviced office taken by the month works out far cheaper per day, and the gap between the two is what you pay for not committing.

Across 20 working days those monthly figures come to roughly $52 a day in the CBD, $42 in Parramatta and $35 in North Sydney — so a day office costs two to four times what a monthly desk costs per day. That premium is the whole product: it is the price of not signing anything.
Where the price gap actually is
North Sydney is about a third cheaper per desk than the CBD for a ten-minute train ride, and Parramatta sits between the two while being a shorter trip for anyone west of Strathfield. The CBD premium is real and sometimes worth it — if clients are visiting, or your team is arriving from four different lines. If they are not, the same money buys noticeably more room two stops away. Serviced offices in all three usually quote all-inclusive: furnished space, internet, utilities, cleaning, reception, air conditioning, building access and some meeting-room allowance.
