Biscuit-named rooms in the old Arnott's precinct

The Bakehouse Quarter grew out of the former Arnott's biscuit factory, and the meeting rooms here carry the theme. The Tim Tam Room and Kingston Room seat 8 each, the VoVo Room 6, the Monte Carlo and SAO Rooms 10 each, and the Parrot Room 18. For larger groups, the Amphitheatre takes up to 50, which suits a town hall, training session or launch. Rooms come furnished with AV equipment, and WOTSO can arrange catering on request. The day pass gives you an open-plan desk, and WOTSO's amenities on site include kitchens, phone booths and a printing station. This site does more than desks and meeting rooms: WOTSO also offers HealthSpace consulting rooms for practitioners, StorageSpace and CookSpace commercial kitchens here, all arranged directly with WOTSO.

Train, parking and hours

North Strathfield station is a short walk from George Street; WOTSO puts it about three minutes away. Driving is straightforward by Sydney standards. WOTSO lists the car park at 5 George Street at two hours free, then $10 an hour or $40 a day (rates on WOTSO's site, October 2026). The Bakehouse Quarter's cafés and restaurants are right around the building if your session runs through lunch. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there. Outside those hours, access needs WOTSO's prior approval.

What does a meeting room cost at WOTSO North Strathfield?

From $99 an hour for the most affordable room, with the live price for every room in the table above. The coworking day pass is $66. The price you see is what you pay; CoHub's 15% fee is taken from WOTSO's payout (details at /legal/fees).

Which room suits a team offsite?

The Parrot Room takes 18 people and the Amphitheatre up to 50. For bigger groups, send your request early: WOTSO confirms each booking, and your card is only charged once WOTSO confirms. Plan ahead rather than counting on a same-day booking.

Can I get a private office, HealthSpace or CookSpace through CoHub?

Not through CoHub. CoHub is an independent marketplace, not WOTSO's own site, and it lists the bookable meeting rooms and day pass. For memberships, private offices, HealthSpace, StorageSpace or CookSpace, contact WOTSO directly.

Can I manage my booking on my phone?

Yes. The CoHub app, on the App Store and Google Play, lets you send the request, message WOTSO about catering or setup, and see when your booking is confirmed.
