Joining CoHub is free

Creating an account, browsing Spaces, applying for Gigs, joining MeetGreet events and using Business Connections all cost nothing — no subscription, no listing fee, no charge to sign up. CoHub only ever takes a fee on a completed, paid transaction.

One flat rate: 15%

CoHub takes a flat 15% platform fee on every confirmed Space Booking and every completed Gigs hire. It’s always deducted from the side getting paid, and it’s never added on top of what a guest or a poster pays — the price you see is the price you pay.

• Booking a Space: the guest pays the listed price, no booking fee added. The Host receives that price minus 15%.
• Hiring on Gigs: the poster pays the agreed price, nothing added at hire. The Worker is paid that price minus 15% once the job’s confirmed done.

Two current offers that waive it

While CoHub is building up its first local listings and workers, two founding-member offers currently reduce that fee to nothing:

• The first 50 Hosts to list a Space pay 0% fee on that listing’s first confirmed Booking.
• The first 25 people hired on CoHub Gigs pay 0% fee on their first accepted Gig.

Cancellations

Cancel a Space Booking, MeetGreet event or RSVP more than 48 hours before it starts and you get a full refund, including CoHub’s fee — nothing is kept on a cancellation made in that window. See How Spaces works for the full policy.
