It’s a Host Licence, not a lease. There’s no tenant, nothing renews, and if you stop approving bookings, it just stops.
You set everything
Your price, your available hours, your house rules — and every single request comes to you to accept or decline.
Paid properly, held securely
Stripe authorises payment when someone books and releases it once you’ve confirmed — with a 48-hour free-cancellation window either way.

A few real photos, your price and your available hours. CoHub checks every listing before it goes live — nothing appears without your approval.
Get requests, not tenants
A booking request comes to you. You accept it or decline it — nothing books automatically, and you can say no to anyone.
Get paid
The guest’s card is charged when you confirm, held by Stripe, and paid out to you — the same infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide.
The questions every host actually asks
“I don’t want a tenant in here.”
You’re not getting one. It’s a booking you approve, one at a time, by the hour or the day. There’s no lease and nothing renews — it’s a Host Licence, and the room stays yours.
“What if something gets damaged?”
You approve every booking, you set the house rules, and you can decline anyone without giving a reason. CoHub’s insurance position is still being finalised, so we’d rather tell you that straight than promise cover we can’t back yet.
“I don’t have time to manage it.”
There’s nothing to manage day to day. A request comes through, you tap accept or decline. That’s the whole job.
“Who’s actually going to book it?”
The honest answer: we’re new. CoHub is launching its first 50 founding spaces in Bankstown now, and that’s exactly why a founding host’s first booking is fee-free — you’re backing something early, and it should cost you nothing to do that.
“What does it actually cost me?”
Nothing to list. Normally 15% of your payout, taken from what you receive — never added on top of what the guest pays. Full detail on the Fees page.
