Listed meeting rooms in Sydney average about $99 an hour, with most sitting between $77 and $154. Full days run roughly $280 to $950 depending on size and location. Where the room is moves the price harder than anything else about it:

Choosing where to meet
The CBD costs roughly fifty per cent more per hour than Surry Hills for a room of the same size, and about double North Sydney. That premium buys you a walk from Wynyard or Town Hall and nothing else. If everyone is driving, the suburban rooms are cheaper and the parking is real rather than $40 for four hours. If two people are coming from the north shore and two from the west, Parramatta or Chatswood is usually a shorter trip for everyone than the city is.

On CoHub, from $30 an hour with no membership. Rooms are listed at WOTSO sites including Zetland, Pyrmont, North Sydney, Rhodes and North Strathfield, and there are two rooms in Bankstown. Each listing shows the live price, the capacity and what's included. Bookings are requests: the space confirms your request, and your card is only charged once it does. How much does it cost to hire a meeting room in Sydney?
On CoHub, rooms start from $30 an hour. You pay the listed price: CoHub's 15% comes out of the host's payout (see /legal/fees). Across the wider Sydney market, published rates averaged about $99 an hour when we collected them in September 2026, with most between $77 and $154. CBD rooms averaged closer to $149.
Can I book a meeting room for just one hour?
Yes, at most rooms on CoHub. The WOTSO rooms have a one-hour minimum, and the two Bankstown rooms have a two-hour minimum. Each listing shows its own minimum before you book.
Where can I hire a room for a job interview in Sydney?
A small private meeting room is usually enough for an interview, and you can hire one by the hour. On CoHub, The Potting Shed at WOTSO Zetland seats up to 8, and The Ensemble Room at WOTSO North Sydney seats up to 6. WOTSO's receptions are staffed on weekdays, 8:30am to 5pm.
