Listed meeting rooms in Sydney average about $99 an hour, with most sitting between $77 and $154. Full days run roughly $280 to $950 depending on size and location. Where the room is moves the price harder than anything else about it:

Choosing where to meet
The CBD costs roughly fifty per cent more per hour than Surry Hills for a room of the same size, and about double North Sydney. That premium buys you a walk from Wynyard or Town Hall and nothing else. If everyone is driving, the suburban rooms are cheaper and the parking is real rather than $40 for four hours. If two people are coming from the north shore and two from the west, Parramatta or Chatswood is usually a shorter trip for everyone than the city is.

Can I book a meeting room for one hour?
Often, but check the minimum. Many hosts set a two- or three-hour minimum because a booking costs them setup and reset time either way. The minimum is shown on the listing, and a $60 room with a three-hour minimum is really a $180 booking.
What is included in the hourly rate?
It varies by host and is listed per space — screen, whiteboard, wifi, kitchen access and parking are the ones worth checking before you book rather than after.
