A compact CBD site on Pitt Street

WOTSO's own site calls this location Sydney CBD, and on CoHub its rooms are listed as WOTSO Sydney. This page covers the Pitt Street site only; WOTSO's other Sydney locations, such as Pyrmont and North Sydney, have their own pages. 222 Pitt Street is part of the Piccadilly complex, which runs through to Castlereagh Street, and Pitt Street Mall and the Queen Victoria Building are each about 200 m away. The Hummingbird Room seats 5, enough for an interview or a quick client meeting, and The Honeysuckle Room seats 12 for a workshop, a pitch or a board meeting. WOTSO lists both as furnished, with business-grade internet, presentation tools and refreshments, and catering on request. The day pass gets you an open-plan desk with Wi-Fi, breakout spaces and kitchen snacks. Memberships, private offices and virtual offices are arranged with WOTSO directly.

Trains, Metro and parking

Public transport is the easy way in. Town Hall and St James stations are each about 300 m away; WOTSO puts Town Hall around four minutes' walk. Gadigal Metro station is closer still, with its Park Street entrance about 170 m from the building. Driving into the CBD costs more. WOTSO's listing points to the paid car park beneath Stockland, entered from Castlereagh Street, at $20 an hour up to $45 a day (as listed in October 2026; check on the day), and WOTSO's own site names Secure Parking Piccadilly. Head up to Suite 1.01 on Level 1 and sign in at reception, which is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
