Where desk space clusters in Sydney
Sydney does not have one workspace market, it has about six, and they price differently. The CBD and North Sydney are corporate towers and charge like it. Surry Hills, Redfern and Chippendale are the creative and agency belt. Pyrmont and Ultimo skew tech and media. Parramatta functions as a second CBD with genuinely different rates from the first. Alexandria, Marrickville and Botany are where the warehouse conversions are, and where a desk usually comes with parking that the CBD cannot offer.
