Which end of the city
The CBD prices in three rough bands. The northern end — Martin Place, Circular Quay, Barangaroo — is the premium tier, and it is where the $70 passes sit. The Wynyard to Town Hall corridor holds most of the volume and most of the $60 rates, and it is the best-connected part of the city by a distance. South towards Central and the Haymarket edge, prices start sliding towards Surry Hills levels and the buildings get older. Almost nobody drives in, so choose for the walk from the station rather than for parking.
