Questions about the app
Is the CoHub app free?
Yes. The CoHub app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and joining CoHub is free. Fees only apply to completed bookings, gigs and paid event tickets. Every fee is set out on our Fees page.
Which phones does the CoHub app work on?
iPhone and Android. Get it from the App Store on an iPhone, or from Google Play on an Android phone.
Do I need a separate account for the app?
No. Sign in with the same CoHub account you use on the website. Your bookings, messages and listings are the same in both, so you can start on one and finish on the other.
When is my card charged?
Your card is only charged once the host accepts your booking, or straight away on spaces that offer Instant Book. You can cancel free up to 48 hours before your booking starts.
Can I list my space from the app?
Yes. Switch to hosting from your profile, then list a space with photos taken on your phone. You can also edit or pause a listing, confirm or decline requests, and set up payouts. New to hosting? Start with how listing on CoHub works.
