The rooms on CoHub at WOTSO Brookvale are built for small groups. The Studio Room is set up for two, which makes it a handy spot for an interview, a coaching session or a video call you'd rather not take at home. The Pine Room seats 6 and The Coral Room 8, enough for a client meeting or a team catch-up. WOTSO lists its meeting rooms as furnished with AV equipment, and catering can be arranged on request. If you only need a desk, the day pass gets you a spot in the open-plan coworking area, with WOTSO's kitchens, private phone booths and printing station on hand. For Northern Beaches businesses, it's a way to meet locally instead of crossing the Spit Bridge. WOTSO's other Northern Beaches site is at North Head, Manly. Private offices, coworking memberships and virtual offices are WOTSO's own products, arranged with WOTSO directly.

Buses, parking and hours

There's no train line on the Northern Beaches, so buses and cars do the work. WOTSO points to Brookvale Bus Depot on Pittwater Road, about 600 m to the west, and puts it at five minutes away; Pittwater Road is the main bus route through Brookvale. Parking is the easy part here. WOTSO says there's all-day street parking on Ada Avenue, Wattle Road and Amourin Street, which runs parallel to Wattle Road. Warringah Mall is about a kilometre west if you want lunch or errands after your meeting. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there. If your booking runs outside those hours, mention it in your request.

Rooms start from $50 an hour on CoHub, and the coworking day pass is $66. The table on this page shows each room's live price. You pay the listed price: CoHub's 15% fee comes out of WOTSO's payout, not your booking (see /legal/fees).

Can I book a room at WOTSO Brookvale for today?

Bookings are requests. WOTSO checks and confirms each one, and your card is only charged once WOTSO confirms. Same-day requests can't be guaranteed, so plan ahead, especially if you need The Studio Room at a set time.

Is this WOTSO's official website?
