Where the offices are
The A-grade stock is concentrated around Parramatta Square and along Smith and Macquarie Streets, most of it built or refurbished in the last decade and priced accordingly. B-grade sits further out along Church Street and towards Harris Park, where the buildings are older, the rents are a third lower, and the walk from the station is still under fifteen minutes. If the office is for a team that mostly drives in, the northern and western edges are worth the extra few minutes for the parking alone.
