The CoHub app is now on the App Store and Google Play. It's free to download, and it uses the same account as the website, so there's nothing new to set up.

Book a desk or meeting room from your phone

If you need a desk for the day or a meeting room for a two-hour catch-up, the app gets you there in a few taps.

• Search near you. Search by postcode and filter by type: desks, offices, studios, meeting rooms, retail and warehouse space.
• Book instantly or send a request. Some hosts have Instant Book on, so your booking is confirmed at checkout. Others review each request first. Your card is only authorised while you wait, and it isn't charged unless the host confirms.
• Message your host. Ask about parking, access or what's included, and share photos during a booking.
• Keep track of your bookings. Upcoming bookings and messages are in one place, with notifications when something changes.
• Meet the businesses around you. Browse members by industry and send connection requests, the same as on the website.

The price you see is the price you pay. CoHub doesn't add a booking fee at checkout, and you get a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start. See how fees work.

Run your space from your phone

If you host a desk, office, studio or meeting room, the app is the quickest way to stay on top of it.

• List a space from your phone. Add photos or a short walk-through video, your price and your hours. CoHub checks every listing before it goes live.
• Approve or decline requests. Every request comes to you, and you can say no to anyone. If you'd rather not check each one, turn on Instant Book.
• Edit or pause a listing when your own plans change.
• Message guests about access and house rules.
• See your earnings and set up Stripe payouts.

Listing is free. When a booking is confirmed, CoHub takes 15% from your payout and nothing is added to what the guest pays. Full detail on the Fees page.

FAQ

Is the CoHub app free? Yes, it's free to download, and joining CoHub is free. CoHub only takes a fee on a confirmed booking, and that comes out of the host's payout, not the guest's price.

Is it the same account as the website? Yes. Your bookings, listings, messages and connections are the same in the app and on cohub.com.au.

Can I book in the app and manage it on the website, or the other way round? Yes. Use whichever is handier at the time.

Where can I book with CoHub? Wherever a host has a space live and set up for bookings. Search your postcode in the app, or browse meeting rooms and desks on the website to see what's bookable near you today.

I have a spare room. Can I list it from the app? Yes. Add photos or a walk-through video, your price and your hours. CoHub checks it before it goes live, and you approve each booking (or turn on Instant Book).
