3 spaces available

A small room and a big one in the Penrith city centre

WOTSO Penrith's rooms on CoHub sit at opposite ends of the scale. The Lodge seats 8, which suits a client meeting, an interview panel or a weekly team catch-up. The Manor takes up to 30 for a workshop, an information session or a training day. WOTSO lists its meeting rooms as furnished with AV equipment, with catering available on request. If you only need a desk, the day pass gets you a spot in the open-plan coworking area, with WOTSO's kitchens, private phone booths and printing station on hand. For businesses in Penrith and the lower Blue Mountains, it saves a trip into Parramatta or the city just to hold a meeting. WOTSO also has a separate site in nearby Jamisontown, so check the address on your booking. Private offices, coworking memberships and virtual offices are WOTSO's own products, arranged with WOTSO directly.

Train, parking and hours

Penrith station is about 450 m to the north; WOTSO puts it at five minutes on foot, and the Station St at Union Lane bus stop is right outside. Driving is easy here by Sydney standards. WOTSO lists 3 hours of free parking in the Union Lane car park behind the building, or rooftop parking off Union Road at $2 an hour or $7 a day (as listed in October 2026; check on the day). Westfield Penrith is about 400 m away if you need lunch after your session. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there. After-hours access needs WOTSO's approval, so mention it in your booking request.
