The Pavilion Room seats 8, which suits a client meeting or an interview, and The Emerald Room seats 12 for a workshop or a board meeting. The Event Space takes up to 30, the one to look at for a training session, a presentation or a team day. WOTSO lists its rooms as furnished, with business-grade internet, presentation tools and refreshments, and catering on request. If you only need a desk, the day pass gets you a spot in the open-plan coworking area, with Wi-Fi, breakout spaces and kitchen snacks. Buses also stop at Robina Town Centre itself, about 200 m from the main building. Driving is the simple option here: WOTSO's listing says parking in the shopping centre is free. On game days at Cbus Super Stadium, about 1.4 km away, allow extra time on the roads. Head up to Level 2 and sign in at reception, which is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. If your booking runs outside those hours, mention it in your request so WOTSO can confirm access.
