5 spaces available

From a 7-seat room to an 80-person rooftop

WOTSO Newcastle's rooms on CoHub run from small to very large. The Dixon Room seats 7 and the Stockton Room 8, both sized for an interview, a client meeting or a small team catch-up. The Breakout Space takes up to 30 for a workshop or training session, and the Rooftop holds up to 80, the one to look at for a launch, an industry event or an all-hands. WOTSO lists its meeting rooms as furnished with AV equipment, with catering available on request. If you only need a desk, the day pass gets you a spot in the open-plan coworking area, with WOTSO's kitchens, private phone booths and printing station on hand. Newcastle is also one of the WOTSO sites with HealthSpace consulting rooms and StorageSpace. Those, like private offices and virtual offices, are arranged with WOTSO directly, not through CoHub.

Train, light rail and parking

Newcastle Interchange, where trains, buses and the light rail meet, is about 400 m east of the building; WOTSO puts it at five minutes on foot. Hamilton station is a little under a kilometre to the north-west if that suits your trip better. For drivers, WOTSO's CoHub listing points to metered street parking nearby and a parking garage about 300 m away at $9 a day (as listed in October 2026; check on the day). WOTSO's onsite parking is paid monthly, subject to availability. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there. If an event on the Rooftop runs past 5pm, say so in your request, as after-hours access needs WOTSO's approval.
