Laneway meeting rooms in the CBD

WOTSO's own site calls this location Melbourne CBD, and on CoHub the rooms are listed as WOTSO Melbourne: it's the same Bank Place building, and a different site from WOTSO South Melbourne. Three rooms are on CoHub here. The Spa seats 4, enough for an interview or a quiet one-on-one, The Salon seats 8 for a client meeting, and The Event Space takes up to 20 for a workshop, a briefing or a presentation. WOTSO lists its rooms as furnished, with business-grade internet, presentation tools and refreshments, and catering on request. The day pass gets you an open-plan desk with Wi-Fi, breakout spaces and kitchen snacks. Bank Place is a short laneway a few doors from the Mitre Tavern, with the offices of Collins and Queen Streets all around. Memberships and offices are arranged with WOTSO directly.

Trams, trains and parking

Trams are the easiest way in: stops on Collins Street at Queen Street and at William Street are both within about 150 m. Flinders Street station is about 600 m away and Southern Cross about 700 m; WOTSO puts both around 10 minutes on foot. Driving into the CBD costs more. WOTSO's CoHub listing points to paid street parking where Bank Place meets Little Collins Street, and to Secure Parking at 123 Queen Street, around the corner, with a $24 early-bird day rate (as listed in October 2026; check casual rates on the day). Reception on Level 3 is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there.
