A former sailing museum on the foreshore

WOTSO Mandurah is in the Ormsby Terrace building that was once the Australian Sailing Museum, close to the water and the boardwalk. The Tasker Room seats 12, a good size for a board meeting or a planning day. The Osprey Room takes 20 and the Amphitheatre up to 25, which suit a workshop, a training session or a presentation. WOTSO lists its meeting rooms as furnished with AV equipment, with catering available on request. If you only need a desk, the day pass gets you a spot in the open-plan coworking area, with WOTSO's kitchens, private phone booths and printing station on hand. With the performing arts centre next door and cafés along the foreshore, it's an easy place to bring visitors from Perth or the Peel region. Private offices, coworking memberships and virtual offices are WOTSO's own products, arranged with WOTSO directly.

Buses, parking and hours

Mandurah station is about 2.7 km east of the foreshore, so from the train take the 588 or 589 shuttle bus into the city centre. WOTSO says to get off on Mandurah Terrace, before or after Peel Street, then it's a five-minute walk across the boardwalk; the closest stop is about 400 m from the building. Driving is simple: WOTSO says parking is free on the surrounding streets, and there are car parks off Ormsby Terrace and Marco Polo Drive. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and visitors sign in there. If your booking runs outside those hours, mention it in your request.
